Sounds great! I take it your doing the rest of the show? I don't see it released on the archive yet. Inquiring minds want to know...

What's the average man hours you put into each of your releases? Is there software that matches the sources up for you or is it a more manual process?

They are all hand-made - this new one I'm doing (as in others) almost sounds like it could be all-digitally synced sources, even though they are both from cassettes.

If I do nothing but matrix (and other life stuff), I can usually get things accomplished in a week, give or take.

You poor buggers you're really getting labeled. Where I am in Canada(Guelph,On) we haven't had a fraction of the snow the U.S. northeast has gotten. Who's livin' in the igloo now! :)

Thanks for the laugh... I can relate... spent 5 years in Montreal... coldest winters of my life... I get shivers just thinking about 2 weeks straight of -20C

Scrape that shit off bro! Don't wanna be taking too much of a risk... plus with all the freezing and melting you might get some leaks if there's a heavy water load.

I had to take off all my cold weather gear just now...was out in the field and got HOT.

Yes, I am now in my t-shirt. My long sleeve shirt (I own one), is back in the closet.

You are a bunch of dumbasses. [EDIT: so am I, apparently; if you tried reading this before I revised to make some--just some--sense...]

But, don't decide to move to AZ.

Unless you bring lots of $$, don't plan on drinking any of our water, and can do yardwork, dishwashing or maidservice for ~ $2 per hr.

[JK on the "dumbass" comment, of course...but there IS a reason everyone "up" from "us", counts the days til they can retire and move south]

Well, at least there's good jobs to be had here (NYC)... and my real estate value is till going up, albeit more slowly. Y'all can drive your 20-yr old trucks and shrivel in that 110 degree summer heat.

You and jots and Diamondhead and advokat. You smart asses (as opposed to us dumb asses) need a good winter 'honeydew'. Some yellow snow slushies. Some ice chipping for a few hours. Good ol' shoveling the sidewalk for... a while. There's more , but my mind is all strangled up.

WT, I'll work for $1.50 and bring my own water. I'll even recant my Kantian ways.

Snow? Hmmm. I do believe I can see some snow from here. It's that white stuff on the Himalayas. The snowy glacial peaks look so lovely and photogenic, sparkling in the crisp sun on this sunny plant-filled verandah from which I am penning this missive. Oh my, it's SOOO hard to see the screen in the BRIGHT SUN ...

Ah, is that my chai coming? Why thank you! Yes, I think I will just sit here and sip some chai in the sun and read about those terrible dreadful blizzards back in the land of cold rain and snow ...

(I refuse to be out smart-assed. I think I'll be the winner here unless Bali and Thailand come on and out-gloat me ... or unless it might bother any would-be refugees from cold rain and snow that we also only have a couple of hours of electricity a day. And this morning we had no water, so the toilets wouldn't flush.)

Are you kidding me? So you have to get a little retro in the B-room (outhouse?) and have to 'suffer' with roving electricity outages.
Double smart ass.
I'll show You how to build an igloo.

Outhouse indeed. This is the big sophisticated city, fella. Our cows walk on pavement.

(Well, OK, not on MY street, exactly. But the next street over? That one's paved. Partly, anyway.)

Cool link. Good teaching tool, actually. It gives the temperature in metric and English both! I really didn't know the temps translated as being in the 70s and the lows in the high 50s. Kinda funny, actually, cuz everyone's complaining about the cold. (I kid you not. I get asked why I'm not wearing a sweater. Um, maybe cuz it's not cold?)

Now go out and warm up in your igloo.

Are you saying our economy leaves something to be desired? Just because a house that sold for $200,000 2 years ago just sold at auction for $35,000 doesn't mean we got troubles.

Wait, maybe it does.

Either way, I'm just happy to seen new legislation introduced recently that actually loosens the gun laws in AZ. I mean, it's been getting so a guy actually has to fill out a form on the internet to get a concealed weapon permit. Freakin' liberals.

Yes, the wife and I were chatting with # 1 son (a dumbass too, BTW), and mentioned everyone's getting their "bill" thru now before someone does something drastic (like enforcing background checks or some such)...he asked which "side" we were "on", and I mentioned of all the bills, I was in favor of the "kindergartners can pack" bill, the one in which it will be legal for a "little person" (literally) to carry a clip three inches longer than they are tall.

Who has time to re-load when they've increased class size each yr?

[JK y'all!]

Early morning fog had me shiver. Now sun broke through and it's typical weather: http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/93940

Maybe that's why a 2 bed/1 bath tear down piece of crap is still a half million (if you're lucky)...
